Refund policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return or refund. If 30 days have gone by since your item arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will make it right immediately.
- What to do: Do not send the item back yet. Email us at [ambianceshopp@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery.
- What to include: You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received, along with your order number.
- The Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a 100% full refund or ship out a free replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you.
3. Buyer's Remorse (Changed Your Mind / Wrong Size)
If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply do not want the item anymore, you are eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be kept in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to our designated return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following types of items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and bodysuits
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products
- Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items
- Gift cards
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
