Because we work with global fulfillment partners to bring you the best prices, shipping logistics are subject to international transit variations.
- Estimated Delivery: Delivery times listed on our website are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, holidays, or courier backlogs.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order ships. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and ensure someone is available to receive it.
- Lost Packages: An item is only considered officially "lost" if it fails to arrive within [45 or 60] days from the date of shipment. We are not responsible for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that go missing from your property.
